2. Photo/Video Selection (No Permission Required)

  • Technology: Android Photo Picker API (ActivityResultContracts.PickVisualMedia)
  • Permissions Required: ❌ None - No READ_MEDIA_VIDEO or READ_MEDIA_IMAGES needed
  • Purpose: Accessing user-selected media files for learning content (avatars, study materials)
  • Collection Method: User manually selects files through system photo picker
  • Data Storage: Selected files remain on user's device only; not uploaded to servers
  • Data Retention: One-time access only; app does not retain access after selection

3. Network Access (Non-Sensitive)

  • Data Transfer: Encrypted HTTPS connection; minimal data (learning progress, user preferences)

  • Sharing: Not shared with third parties (transmitted only to our servers)
  • User Control: Can be disabled by turning off network connectivity

4. Notifications (Non-Sensitive)

  • Permission: POST_NOTIFICATIONS
  • Purpose: Sending learning reminders and app update notifications to users
  • Data Collected: None (system-only permission)
  • User Control: Can be disabled in device settings

Website Analytics

  • Purpose: To understand what content users visit and improve website experience
  • Data Collected: IP address, visited pages, access time
  • Usage: We record user access logs to analyze page popularity and visit trends. IP addresses are used only for statistics on traffic sources, without geolocation tracking, and not for personal identification
  • Data Processing: The same IP is recorded at most once every 5 minutes to prevent excessive tracking
  • Analytics Tools: We use our own built-in access analytics system to record access logs
  • Data Retention: Website analytics data is automatically deleted after 180 days. Users can request deletion of their access records at any time, which will be processed within 30 days
